Every single time and every single Dunkin Donuts I go to in my area on Cape Cod I request a large hot decaf coffee. It is inevitably always barely luke warm. I even ask the sales person to check to make sure it is hot before giving it to me. They don't seem to care or do not check. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and will recommend to my friends that they do the same. This may seem like an insignificant complaint to you but it would be nice to get what one asks for.
