Our home was foreclosure on July 20th @ and sent to Auction at 1 P.M. That day. It went back to the bank as no one bought it at auction. I called to have the water turned off on Monday July 19th. The water company did not turn off the water and continued to bill me even though I no longer owned the house. This bill belongs to One West Bank who also deserves to be sued. Now they have turned me over to a collection agency. I have the phone number recorded on my phone bill to prove I called them for turn off. They refused to turn the water off until they could determine who owned the house. I told them I was the owner and had been the owner for more than 4 1/2 years. I had foreclosure papers to prove it and the name of the bank on them. You can't get much lower than this.
