I went to work for simon construction in april I worked all summer for them as a subcontracte sales man. The end of the season came and I was sent (by phil Simon, owner) to airzona for the hail storm that happened on oct. 5th 2010. Phil promised to pay my rent and to get to work on dec 1st it never happened! I had my son move to az with his family to also go to work for Simon, and all we did is sit and wait on him to go to work, i called and called him with no responce! So I went to his sales manager (David) and he told me to do what I had to because we needed to work to survive, so we both got other work (keep in mind we are subcontractors) and two months went by and simon finally got to az, and he wanted me to stop what i was doing and come back, I was willing, but he still owed me money from all the work I did in the summer (just under 100 thousand) I worked all summer long seven days a week whith only two weekends off, and he refuses to pay what he owes me, I even said I would go back home and work for him (so i could get my pay) and again he refuses to call. He is a rip off, and he treats his customers the same way, there is so much more to share and I am willing to talk to who ever wants to listen.
