I was hired by Paul Simon as a carpenter to assist in building his hotel. After a short time I realized that Mr. Simon is less than honorable in his business practices (court actions for breach of contract, construction fraud, etc.). After watching Mr. Simon fire a group of Mexican carpenters then tell them he would not be paying them and if they ever returned he would have them deported. I chose it was best to part company from this type of person. Mr. Simon paid me for one week of work ($3,324.00) and is refusing to pay me for the still owed week and a half. The outstanding balance is $5,487.00. Not included is legal advice, court-filling fees, lose of work and transportation cost, which is an additional $850.00. Total owed, $6,337.00 by Mr. Simon.
Due to non-payment I have been forced to place a lien against the property.
Paul Simone has a history of ripp-offs and cons. His under hander business practices will not stop until the public is aware he is a predator and stops doing business with him and the companies associated with him.
