Very Poor Customer Service

Requested a moen product. Following day I obtained a stating them was launched for delivery. After 16 times I'm questioning why I've not acquired them. I named the client support and needed to consult with a realtor that had inadequate order of the English language. At that time I had been educated that my product was on backorder also it could be one or two months extra. After another couple of days I delivered a contact requesting data regarding my purchase. That demand was never responded. I named the client support phone number on the Saturday and quit my telephone number according to the directions. Imagine what. That request was never delivered. I eventually named the client support point again plus they advised me it'd be one more fortnight before product is delivered. I will not be by using this organization again as there conversation is extremely bad. I actually donot understand how this can perform out because it hasbeen three months and that I haven't gotten my purchase. Happy it had been only one product and never the entire task.
