Terrible customer service

Requested shoes Feb. 3. No notice of vessel day after 14 days delay. Sent Customer Support (Haband guarantees reply within 2 times); no response. Sent Customer Support again in 7 days. Again, no response. Waited 1 1/2 months to e-mail next request data. No response. Attempted to telephone Customer Support via 800 point; got no link.

Obtained tear soaked postcard apology March 24th stating sneakers could be delivered 4/4 easily did not wish to stop purchase. Ended order by return email along side remarks about awful support. Yes, consideration was billed and product delivered 3/25. Am A - 20 year client but WOn't conduct business with H again.
