Like everyone else I am a victim of herobuilders.com aka Vicale Corporation. Like everyone else I ordered an action figure, paid with a credit card and never received the merchadise. Upon contacting the vendor, Emil aka Derski Vicale and getting absolutely nowhere I tried a different route.
First contact your charge card company and contest the charges. Cooperate with them. Some cards are better than others. American Express for example is one of the best while Discover is bad news. State the facts in writing - how you got screwed royally by Vicale and include all correspondence from Vicale. Next contact the City of Oxford police department and file a formal complaint of how you were victimized. The police phone number for Oxford is 203-888-4353. Explain how Vicale swindled you and others. Give the police the url to this site. Better yet print the complaints that deal directly with Vicale.

It is best to call first. Get a the name of a particular department that handles fraud. Get a contact person. Follow up. Hassle them till you get answers. Also contact the local media.
