The company failed for two weeks to notify me that they didn't have the materials I ordered and paid for. Then refused to reimburse the shipping cost, expedite the shipping, or anything. They refused to offer anything! The customer service person Melody Bostick who answers the phone was terribly rude and inconsiderate when confronted with the fact that the customer also may have customers and deadlines by when they need materials. The company blamed the inconvenience on the customer for not offering personal information about the need for the paid for and ordered materials.
