Real Yellow Pages Billed for fraudulent phone calls made to my number, refuse to discuss details

I signed up for ATT pay per call advertising. They have billed me for fraudulent phone calls to my number.
I have called them many times and given my report to their agent who says they'll get back to me. They never call back.
Now they have turned me over to collections.
