On doing my daily routine of checking my cell phone for voice mail messages, I discovered two new messages, one received three days before, even though I had checked the messages at least daily in those three days and the phone had displayed "no voice messages."
I went to the support link of U.S. Cellular's page. The acknowledgment of the complaint included a promise to get back to me within three days. Not even a preliminary response has come through more than three days later.
