They took my money and went silent, no response to my (now many) e-mails, call and you get ZIP!!! I ordered a rare DVD "The Fabulous Baron Munchausen" by Karel Zeman in mid January. I lost track of the fact that I ordered it, thy went under the name "5 minutes to live" on my bank statement so it went unrecognized. So I ordered it again thinking I hadn't completed the order somehow. (I know, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice..."). This time I recieved a confirmation for the order immediately on my office computer. This is when I discovered who they were on when I reviewed my bank statement and noticed the amount and order #. I have since e-mailed them numerous timesexplaining my mistake with the first order. I have been patient and polite. I just want my merchandiase, or at least a response like F%#K you or something. I see that mine is not the first complaint, so how do they stay in business?
