I ordered a DVD online on 11/15. My creditcard was charged, including $11.00 for international delivery (to the Netherlands) yet no sign of the DVD, nor any reply to emails (see below) or the tracking number I requested. After two emails I decided to take action as announced - file a report - hoping that this would speed things up a bit.
Don't buy here. It is temping to buy that rare DVD you've been looking for, but as Cinestrike never delivers, you might as well - or better - donate your $ to charity. - Dear Sir,
I still have not received my order, nor any reply on the email attached below. I googled for Cinestrike on the Web and complaints w.R.T. Delivery and lack of email/phone replies flooded my screen. As the bottom line of most of the complaints was: nothing is to be delivered until (legal) action is taken, I feel obliged to formally demand one of the following:
A) before January 8th I receive a tracking number of the package sent, to prove that it was actually mailed to me;
b) before January 8th the total costs of the order ($25.99) is to be reimbursed to my credit card and the order is cancelled;
If neither option a) or b) is carried out, I feel obliged to to file an official complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and to usacomplaints.com. I truly hope it doens't need to go that far.
With kind regards,
Johan

The order was to be shipped to:
* Breda, Noord Brabant, Netherlands
Unfortunately, the order has not been delivered yet (as of 12/28/10).
Would you be so kind to investigate the cause of this delay?
With kind regards,
Johan
