Unacceptable attitude towards customers

I visited Ticks on 5 April. Upon entering I observed a hot debate between your manageres along with a really annoyed client, regarding a cost distinction about the ledge.

The manageress was EXCESSIVELY rude, yelling in the woman infront of the store saturated in people!!! Then they emerged to the paypoint where I had been spending money on my products, where the mangaress screamed the client won't obtain the reimbursement as shes yelling!!! Subsequently extended by stating the client was yelling since the manageress is dark!

At theat phase I interviened by informing her that she's not capable of managing a scenario as manageress and it is switching the problem right into a racialistic one, that will be completely uncalled for. She proceeded to shout at me informing me that Im also * for arising for that bright woman.

Which was an incredibly uncomfortable scenario for that bad client aswell as me. It was the Next event I'd together with her and that I am completely ashamed within the support. I called customer support about this and NOTHING hasbeen completed round my event and so I didnt actually make use of that one...

I'm WISHING that anything extreme can be achieved about that. Whilst the support is surprising!!!
