I paid for T-mobile services for both a cell phone and an in house phone (which never worked).
I called, I wrote, and I even brought the device back into the store to no avail.
My daughter also had problems with her cell phone, she had to go outside for reception when we
Cancelled the service. I requested that her fee be waved in place of the non working phone
Service. They refused even though they looked on their records and found that not a single call
Had come in or out of the home phone service they wanted to give me two months of home phone
Service $20.00 I had paid approx $180 in service fees.
All I want is to be even Steven.
