After having T-mobile cell phone service for 7 months I have recently been experiencing very poor signal strength. I cannot get anything over one bar wherever I go besides my house. I have tried troubleshooting my phone and that seemed to make things worse. They will not cancel my contract. I do not see the point in paying for this service if i can't use it. I also do not see the sense in paying the early termination fees for a service I can't use. All the representatives tell me is that they can credit me minutes for dropped calls but minutes don't do me any good if i can only use them at home. Isn't the point of a MOBILE phone to be able to use it when you are somewhere other than home?
