Aptora... Makers of the Total Office Manager software package will sell you an extremely expensive software system and then require you to spend thousands of dollars in addition to show you how to use their system.
My small business expanded into the HVAC business in 2007 and wanted a software system that would be tailor made for our industry. Aptora touts their system as being the solution. After consulting with BERNIE, we were convinced that Total Office Manager would be that solution. We negotiated the terms and ended up paying close to $1$13,000 for the total package.
After receiving the package and installing the software, it became clear to me that this system was not so easy to use. I am in no way computer or software illiterate, quite the contrary. I am well versed in computers, software, IT, networking, and all technical aspects of computer hardware and software.
