Scott Emon from FastPace software promised a customized software solution to automate my dumpster rental company to take orders, discpatch the trucks and bill customers. The system was stated that it would interface with Qucikbooks accounting software and also interface with my GPS tracking system. I provided a complete statement of work for my requirements and I was guaranteed that the system would work. I paid the $2,300.00 via credit card and I promised to pay an additional $500.00 for customization when the software was installed and the integration with Qucikbooks and my GPS software was demonstrated.
The software guarantee in writting stated a full refund if not satisfied within 30 days. Berfore the 30 days expired I obtained and received via email an extension to the money back guarantee. The extension was until the system ould be demonstrated with the integration that was provided in the statement of work.
