Fee assessed to payments made on time

I had been billed a fee charge for spending my cost statement online about the deadline. I had been informed that I really could steer clear of the charge easily settled the statement overdue in another of the stores whilst the organization provides a oneday grace time on all funds. I'm in a situation suffering from the ideal/ice storms and can't escape to some store. The charge makes no feeling when the organization enables a-one day grace.
