Bought a dollhouse for g randauhgter for christmas was junk and missing pieces they refuse to refund even after proof from ups that they rec it back

I bought a dollhouse for my grandaughter for christmas pd by paypal wife wrapped. Grandaughter opened up christmas but to my surprise many pieces missing and some were broken and damaged called company and they gave me a ret num spent 25. To send back havent heard from since i cpontacted ebay they contacted them said didn t rec package so i called ups they gave me tracking no i printed off ticket where they rec it and faxed it to them they will not acknowlege any further communication ebay is supposed to be oing after them
