Bought a couple bear xmas stocking holders from Beth Green in De Pere. Before bid, we asked if any damage or flaws and were told that they were like new. When box arrived, both of them were smashed; but what makes this a scam is that pieces from one of them were missing and the box was securely sealed (meaning the broken off pieces were not in the box to begin with).
Contacted seller and their ebay listing indicates a refund is allowed, but she denied the refund. We sent her pictures showing the damage at her request and have worked with her, but she is trying any excuse she can think of to weasel out of this.
This is a scammer... Thankfully this was a relatively low dollar amount and we paid with credit card through paypal (so she will not get away with it), but people should be very careful dealing with Beth Green or bsgreen4 on ebay or the ebay store named "Green's Flea Market."
