A view from the inside: Customers or Prospects BEWARE you absolutely do not want to do business with these people. The minute you sign that thousand dollar contract it'll be all lies & promises! Their entire system... Well they have no system so your order will always be delayed by months. The warranty is NOT LIFETIME only the re meshing of the screens so be careful what you read & sign. Every time I call they have a new person working there because the previous employee quit, hmmmI wonder why?
The only reason this company has been around for so long is because of the marketing NOT because of their great product, NOT because of the customer service, NOT because of the owners & NOT because they cater to their customers! So before you decide to go with the Window Factory do a little research and you'll see that you'll be better off without them! For example: Someone tried to break into your home last night and broke your brand new patio sliding door.
You call the Window Factory who you purchased this beautiful door from & theyneed to get back to you in about a week... That week passes by & they need to have someone go out there & see what door it is! From here it has now been about a week in a half since the break in & your still in your home with no secure door. Well after that glass has been ordered guess what, you need to wait about 3 weeks!!! And that's ifthe shipment is on time which it NEVER is!
