Called to set appointment, got quote. Tech showed up, replaced the drivers door window motor with another models motor assymbly. Dilled into the door and used bolts to attach motor to door. Tech said the reason for the failure was the control panel and a stuck relay, so he woul bypass this wiring to make window work. After completion he charged an additional $50 for the wiring modifications. Two months later window quit working. Called tech to come out and fix again, and asked that he use the correct part he said " I don't feel like it now, Good Luck" This is after a week of Txting and calling him to get him to come out and Honor the 1 year warranty.
This is not the warm fuzzy feeling I was expecting of having someone come to my home to fix my car.
