The company took my order and have not sent the boots despite me emailing them several times. Grimsby, Lincs

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots on the 5th December they confirmed my order by email and said they would be with me 5-7 days later.

The tracking number came up as "page does not exist"

I found the only way I could get in contact was to send an email by pressing "reply" to their conformation email.

I did this this 3 times, on January 4th, January 9th and January 16th and they answered everyone (I have enclosed these to you) stating they would sort it out or resend them. Which they haven't!

The letters I have put a number on are the one's they sent me back. Hope these help.
