The salesman will pitch you to put a sign up in front of your lawn and offer you free system worth $500—Then the contract is full of release of responsibility on their behalf for monitoring system $39.99/Month. Another word, they will not services your need. Alarms goes off, no response, not their problem. Two-way voice no response, not their problem.
If you complaint, they still continue to charge you the monthly fees and will not do any monitoring or repair to your security system. They will ignore all your calls for status and who is monitoring your services. Then if you decide to move, they will refuse to move your security system. They will make you sign a new 3 years contract else they will not do anything for you.
At the end, if you unhappy with their service and decide to cancel, they will sent you into collection instead of helping you find a solution. There is no solutions here be extra careful before you sign anything with them. Once you sign, you are stuck with them whether or not they services you.
