Tenant unsuitability. Rodent infestation, weeds, falling down fences, burning of treated wood, toxic fumes

This rental management company allows tenants to continue to have yards inundated with weeds. Tenants are allowed to burn treated wood in their fireplaces. Overgrown ivy has threatened to topple fences on three sides. Most homes or duplexes have a deplorable history of unseemingly tenants, i.E. Drug sales, car repairs on propery, unemployed tenants working out of the units.

Nothing has been done to rectify the situations despite letters and phone calls. These people must be supervised or stopped.
