I had the same problem as another customer reported - I ordered an item, didn't fit and was poor quality. I returned it, was issued a credit - for a diffferent amount then I originally paid. I tried on numerous occasions to use the credit, never received the merchandise and finally gave up.
I have also asked them numerous times to STOP sending me catalogs, as well as the ones from FingerHut - to no avail!
I think someone should investigate their mail order practices and protect customers who are ripped off.
And you cannot ever get to talk with a real live person! If you are inquiring about anything other then an order.
