I was a long time customer of Lew Magram back in 1996.
I moved from a Broward County Address to a Dade County address and I advised them accordingly. I started receiving my statements and catalogs at my new address.
I then placed an order for a garment which I never received. When I got the charge on my statement, I gave them a call advising them I never received the garment.
Their representative advised me they had shipped the garment to my old address. Well, I never received the garment. Why should I pay for something I never received, especially due TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
Thanks for usacomplaints. Coms. It's about time the consumer gets a way to get back to unscrupulous organizations like lew magram.
