Poor customer service

Visited Macy's (Kaneohe, HELLO) on Monday 12/27 @530pm HST. Looked over a bag that I had been thinking about buying. Proceeded to consider the bag as much as the sign up for purchase once the sales affiliate mentioned (while brushing her hair t/her fingertips) "oh... That individual might help you". The individual that she was mentioning also was active organizing additional product in the region. The 2nd income affiliate created her method to the register to help me t/my purchase. Upon taking a look at the purse that I needed we found there is no UPC code or label. She proceeded to wander towards the jewlery table to request another affiliate for support locating the UPC. They both couldn't think it is and mentioned that additional shops about the area weren't addressing their telephones or were also hectic and might contact us back. Throughout the 10 moments which were used-to walk-over towards the jewlery table and allegedly contact used to do not observe each one of these get a telephone. I had been subsequently informed they might place the carrier on-hold and contact me from the end-of the night time t/the cost.

And So I gave them my contact info and waited because of their phone. As Friday night and evening continued I started to get perturbed since no body had named (in the end how challenging was it to get hold of another shop to obtain a basic bit of info - you will find 4 additional shops about the area).

Tuesday arrived and through the whole-day however nothing. Thursday comes but still nothing by 3:00 in the morning. I had been discouraged. I truly loved the carrier also it was the final among its type about the ledge (only at that particular shop). I named the shop and was informed they didn't have something on-hold... Child was I angry. I went down there and noticed exactly the same preliminary sales affiliate which was brushing her hair t/her fingertips. I inquired if she may help me and he or she said certain. Once I started informing her by what I required she stated "delay, I"ll get somebody". The affiliate she was referring to was ordering product within the purse region. This woman was excellent (and that I really was truly angry) I told her what occurred and what I needed. She visited the rear to check on and DISCOVERED my product! I had been informed that my product wasn't there within the telephone... WTH! Anyway she looked over the label t/my request cost, UPC, etc. Onto it with no one had named to check out up!!! She apologized and proceeded to get hold of another shop.in under FIVE MINUTES she obtained and solution! She entered up a label t/the cost and UPC data and helped me with checkout.

How could she obtain the data in under five minutes as the others could not have it... Did they actually attempt?!?! Perhaps not since I have did not get any call-back. What happened easily did not follow-up... Might they've reshelved the merchandise, who understands! Ideally somebody might find this and repair their customer support only at that specific shop!!
