I went into Kohls to buy a baggage carrier. I came across one which I needed but it'd no cost onto it. I seemed all around the baggage region and there have been no additional bags such as this one. And so I went as much as the take a look at region and informed the woman that there was no cost onto it and may she learn how much it had been. She believed to me 'nicely, I can not market it with no bar code'. Therefore she appeared them around and established that there is no cost and questioned me easily might return to locate a different one. I informed her that I'd previously appeared through the entire baggage region and there have been no further bags such as this one. Therefore she explained 'nicely sweetie, I can not market it with no barcode' like itis my problem the carrier doesn't have label on it. Therefore she created a telephone call for many aid, then waited several more moments and believed to me again, 'I can not market it with no barcode'. What type of customer support is the fact that??? I usually believed when you enter a shop and anything is for market, if somebody really wants to purchase anything from you, you make certain they do not keep the shop with no product they desired. She might have appeared it-up using the PC, I used-to function a POS program and you will find methods for searching a product up if it's no label. Or she might have discovered somebody who may help her determine how to proceed. But rather she declined to market me the carrier and created me feel just like it was my problem the product had no-tag onto it.
