I ordered $200 worth of items on 12/8, as of today I had still not received them. I had been calling them once a week and they always had a different reason why my ordered hadn't shippped. I asked them to cancel my order and got put on hold indefintely... I hung up. I called back the following day and got put on hold again when I told them I wanted to cancel my order. I hung up again. The last time I called, I told them to cancel my order and then "I" hung up. I then called my Credit Card company and changed my card to a new card number. Don't waste your time with these jokers
