So I ordered flowers for two people for Mother's day. I placed the orders seperate as I wanted to make sure that they would not get confused. I placed them within five minutes of each other. The first order arrived on Saturday, which was fine. The second order has yet to arrive and today is Monday. I tried calling all weekend, but appearently despite their advertisement they do not have 24-7 costumer support. When I finally got through today they today me I never placed an order. If I never placed an order why do I have two seperate chargres (32.99 and 47.99) on my debit card? I also have confirmation numbers! UGH I would not use these people!!! Now I have to call the bank and dispute the charge which this company claims is not there!
