The buildings dept not doing their jo

I am having electric problem in my apartment. Everytime i plugged in an outlet it burn out and the breakers box don't work. I plugged in my blowdry, curling flat iron clothing iron, mocroware, air pump adapter it burn out. I have sent a letter no respond ihae file a complaint with the village of Alsip building dept on 12-21-10 and no respond. I can not sleep at night.
