Ripped e off, would not refund my money

I bought my daughter a gift card on December 15th. My daughter told me on December 27th that the gift card did not yet arrive.

I called the customer service number at Gift Card Mall, 877-GC-MALL1 to check the status of my order. The customer service representative told me that my order had been delivered. The lady then told me to hold on, and began speaking in a different language (I believe tagalog). I think that she was on another phone speaking to somebody else.

After the CSRcame back on the line, I told her that the card had NOT been delivered. She said that there was no way that they could track an order, and that Giftcardmall had a no refund policy (which is not on their site).

Again I was put on hold, and the CSR started laughing and speaking in tagalog. Her side conversation went on for about 3 minutes. She was either very ignorant, or very young. I can only wonder if the rest of the circus at Giftcardmall are equally as unprofessional.

Finally shetold me that they would investigate the matter, which would take 2 days, and gave me a bogus case number.
