I see other complaints similar to mine; mine is just starting. December 16 I ordered three gift cards to be sent to recipients; I paid extra for expedited shipping. December 20th, they sent one gift card. December 22, I sent an email to customer service asking why the delay for the other two? The same day, they replied that the cards would be sent that day, overnight delivery. December 23, they still have not been sent; I sent another email, no response. I called and after a lengthy wait spoke with a rep who told me she did not know why the cards had been delayed and she did not know what the prior day's email meant, but she assured me she would have corporate management look into it.
I told her these cards could not possibly be delivered before Christmas as they were going to business addresses and the business would be closing December 24th noon. I could almost see her shrug her shoulders. You and I know where this is going already.
