They were so nice before they picked up my items but after they picked them up and I had to speak to Lilly it has been a nightmare. She yells at me and make nasty comments. It has been 9 days and she won't return my calls I have no itemized bill (she said she would email me 7 days ago). When I called again today to find out about the extra 747.00 and ask again for an itemized bill she said, "I don't have time for this, I am off work in 5 minutes. I will make a note to do it tomorrow."
Wow thanks. I have only been waiting 9 days I guess another doesn't matter! It bad to be scammed but even worse when they scam you and treat you like trash while they are scamming you. That girl needs some manners. Tried to call and speak to the owner and was told he is out of town for a month and he doesnt have regular hours when he is in the country. So I guess I just wait until they feel like sending my things. Suckers beware.
Finally, my things arrived - short of several items. Also they charged me for several rolls of tape and I found 4 of those rolls packed in one of my boxes. Dumbest criminal footage! I sent emails regarding my lost articles and the unused tape I was charged for and no response!
