So I called 800.905.9505, set up a service appointment and 48 minutes prior to the 5 pm cutoff time that the technician was suopposed to show up they cancelled, I asked they will be here tomorrow. Now grant it, they were supposed to be at the house on 12/20, and when they replied back stating that there next available appointment is 12/29
What am I supposed to do without a dryer???
The supervisor Roger in there San Antonio call center was a complete joke and just like him, everyone else has an I don't care attitude
