I Bought a Provocraft Cricut Envision Device type The Corporation on Ebay about the 27th November to get a Complete Cost with Delivery £315.16. I also settled £45.26 Import Work. The Equipment came on 7/12. After unpacking I began to set the Equipment up, following a Directions closed. The Cricut Envision Device wouldn't Fill The Cutting Pad no real matter what I attempted type the Troubleshooting and Online Guidelines within the Guide. I advise the Ebay Vendor Proudparents2005 who flatly declined to Displace my Defective Cricut Envision Device or Return my Cash easily delivered the Cricut Envision Device for them. They responded saying that I've a-1 year Manufacturers Guarantee. I approached Provocraft via thier Cricut Assistance. Simply to be informed that my 12 months Guarantee was Unacceptable because it just put on Cricut Envision Devices bought and stored within the Usa and never for Customers within the Uk or Globally. Proudparents2005 the Ebay Seller should have recognized this Reality, however don't Express these Specifics they on thier Ebay Websites. So might be Deceiving UK and International Customers. Provocraft also, must quit these shady Ebay Vendors promoting thier Cricut Items to naive UK and Global Customers who Purchase thier Items on Ebay in great religion from being robbed of thier income. I actually approached Provocraft themselves by E-Mail and Notice, however they also weren't ready to assist me.
