[email protected] Wont tell me where my order is or even give me a phone number

I order two pairs of ugg boots from this comapny. I ask them to provide me with a tracking number in which they did, but the carrier company EMS dont have any infomation on the tracking number. Ever day all they tell me is the same thing, they dont know where it is. They will not answer any of my emails any more. They have already took my money out of my bank and wont tell me where my stuff is. Firstnewboots.com is a internet rip-off.
