I ordered 2 pair Uggs Bailey 3 Button boots. My credit card was charged by Fashion Pay for $205.58. I never received an email confirming my order, just the charge to my account. When I checked the charge I discovered they had written the wrong size. I contacted both the Great American Trading Co that the charge was credited to and to Fashion Pay to get the order corrected. I never received any correspondence from Great American and only they will contact company from Fashion Pay. I received the wrong boots 6 days later and to date cannot get any response to return. I did notify my bank and had charge reversed until resolved.
