Woodlands Consignment Gallery illegally sold my 10 piece dining room group for $400 and tired to pay me $160. They also "lost" my kitchen set during the transition to new ownership.in a verbal agreement agreed upon April with owner Helena Jaramillo, the minimum payment I would accept for the dining room group from WCG was $500. At her reccommendation, a separate contract was never signed and I was told to wait 30 days to see if she could sell it. At some unknown point during the year, well after the 30 day waiting period, the dining room group sold and I was never notified. I only found out about it by stopping by the store in November as I thought it strange that I had not heard from them.
I believe it was Helena's intent to keep this hidden and reap 100% of the benefit from this sale.
