We purchased almost $5k of furniture from Mor in Mesa, AZ, because we felt they had quality furniture for a fair price. We moved across the country over a year ago and had to leave all of our furniture behind, so we needed everything: a bedroom set, a dining room table and a living room set. We also bought a buffet to use as a curio cabinet because they didnt carry just a "plain" curio. We were told that all of the pieces would be avaiable in two weeks, with the bedroom set available immediately and the curio/buffet being 4-6 weeks out. We opted to get the bedroom set right away, as sleeping on the floor had long since lost its novelty, and to get the other pieces delivered when they were available. The bedroom set was delivered with no problems, but the dining set and couch were to arrive the following week at 11:00 (according to the phone call letting us know a time) and did not arrive until well after 2pm. The bench for our table was not with the other dining set pieces and we were told that it would be another 2 weeks, at least, before it was in. There was no offer to "lend" us chairs in the meantime and we were told that was "not possible" when we called and asked for loaners. Then, we were told that the curio was now 2-3 MONTHS out! When calling to express our concern and disappoitnemt, we were treated as if we were bothering the customer service department and when we asked for the gentleman who sold us our furniture, he was "with another customer, but would return our call that evening." That was over a week ago.
It only confirmed our fears that since the sale had been made, they no longer were interested in assuring our satiusfaction.
While we love our furniture, we have been very diappointed in the service and lack of response and would never use them again!
