We contracted with Atlanta's Quality Pools and it's owner "Lucas", now known to us by his legal name, Richard Bradford, in September to build a pool for us. We have not seen Richard since the gunite was shot over 3 weeks ago and we gave him another draw of $10,000.
After he failed to return phone calls, we started our own little investigation, only to discover his real name and that he is wanted by the North Fulton County Parole office for parole violation. They haven't seen him since March, 03. We understand he is also wanted on other warrants in Fulton County and with the City of Atlanta.
We have been in contact with another "partial" pool owner who knows him by Thomas. He has been taken for $20,000 so far. If anyone sees this man, call 911 immediately!
