Ordered Flea products on Sept 29th. Credit card charged soon after. It is now December 8th and I still haven't received the products or a refund. I have phoned several times and they simply do not answer. Also, they do not respond to my emails.
I made a previous purchase in June and the purchase went smoothly. I received the product within a couple of weeks. I felt confident in making a second purchase of $69.95 and was very disappointed. I can look up my order but it simply says processed - whereas my previous order says shipped. I hope noone else makes the same mistake I did. Thank you.
