I have never write a complaint before in my life. Out of all the places that I went to, I never seen any places that have such a bad attitude toward their customers like Cash & Carry in Kent, WA.
Cash & Carry is a Whole Sales Food Market which I love to go there because their prices and product are great! I usually go to shop at Cash & Carry on Special ocassion like on the Holiday, ect..
Found out every single time that I step into there, there customer service skill just kept on getting worst and worst. They treated the customers like dirt! You can't never ask them where things are at, because they'll get really pissed off that they have to tell you and they make you look dumb and say a lot of nasty comments to make you feel like crap in front of other people. I went shopping last night getting ready for my New Year dinner with my family. I saw one of the guy who work there was yelling like crazy at one of the customer because he was looking for boxes to packup his grocery
as the cashier need for him to pay first before he can take his sweet time doing whatever he want later...! Then the cashier was making fun of a Hispanic young girl because she was asking if they have chicken. He make her feel dumb also! I feel like everytime when I step into that place, their customer service is like a nightmare. Whoever doesn't believe me, please go in there and find out for yourself and response to me how did it all went while you're in there. Even if you dont ask for anything, they still give you attitude while you at the register. I feel like if they doesn't like their jobs, or if they have a mental problems they shouldn't work there and seek some help. I feel really bad for who ever is the manager for that store, maybe the manager is the one with that nasty attitude. Then someone need to let the owner of the store know how well their employee treated their customers. I dont think I wanted to go there ever again! I rather go to Costco or Sam's club for whole sales product and get a friendly customer service like they always been.
