What I went through with an employee at this Rite Aid was the worst I've never been treated that way in my life As if I was dirty or a piece of crap. Not how a customer leaving your store should be a good or even great experince not to be feeling. Embarrished. That was how I was made to feel. The store was crowded about 5-7 people where in line with 1 cashier when it when it was my turn. I wanted to use my bank card but it was not swiping correctly. So I did not want to hold up the line I pulled out cash. That's the start of your employee RUDENESS. He nooded for me to put my money on the counter I was handing him the $22.00 and looking for the change in my change part of my wallet. And I was handing it to him and he nooded again to put the money on the counter I said excuse me! Not really sure he understood what I was trying to do was give him the money in his hand, I was trying to hand him the money dollars first but did not notice he did not want to take it in his hand or me to touch his hand. I said here is the change hew said put it on the counter it took me by suprise. I'm not a dirty person and he made me feel like I was and your employee NEVER KNOW WHO they are serving as a customer. So they should treat all the customers as they would want to be treated as a human... If this is a representation of who you are hiring to reflect who and what Rite Aid is "Oh my goodness". I will tell everyone about my experience at that Ride Aid. I have my own business You and I both know what it takes. Customer Service is KEY. I'm not a bum off the street and that was how your employee made me feel was just that way, It was to the point that I left out of the store asking to just cancel the purchase and walk out. It should be on tape in that store.
