Associates have shopping passes on occasion to take advantage of great deals. This is wonderful and I am grateful. However, if I am a paying customer, I do expect the same standards of service as all other paying customers. There are often rude supervisors who do their best to make one feel small.
Case in point, a supervisor was extremely rude to me because she had to type in my associate id for my cash sale. I pay in cash because I like to budget my money and my good spending habits keep me afloat. It shouldn't be a great deal to her to punch in a few numbers without making me feel as though I am twelve years old. I often shop at competitor's stores because I know that there will be better customer service there. We all work so very hard for our money... Why should there be rudeness??
