Ordered and item on Nov 25th. Visa card was charged for item and shipping. As of 12/6, the "company", has not provided the shipping info and tracking number. Called customer service 866-590-4162 on Dec 3 and Dec 6, six times. Only got voicemail and left detail messages. Their hours of operation is supposed to be 12:30pm-6:30pm EST. NO ONE ANSWERS or calls back!
