I purchased an R4 card online through modchipstore.com. I paid $20.90 for the item and it was charged to my visa account. I have yet to receive the item or shipping info. There is no info about the shipping on the website. I emailed Modchipstore.com 5 times and got no reply. No item, no refund, no response.
