Poor and degrading customer service

I've been disrespected with a manger called Mrs. Boyd. Our bill continues to be totally all messed up since Sept. I've settled every weeks cost and talked to varied repetitions inside the organization. That recognized the problem concerning the cost and what had occurred. I'm being informed that I owe for March and December and that's an adverse. I'm tired of the telephone requires something which I've settled. It's been Only, A headache. I hate gold leaf. Which Ms. Boyd individual is insane she's informing me that my consideration is damaging which I'd 8 weeks of fees waived but I still owe my payment per month. I've requested her to I would like to talk to her supervisor and he or she mentioned he wasn’t open to talk before actually examining. I requested to talk to somebody over him she mentioned the individual that I have to keep in touch with is about the telephone. I expected for a contact address and he or she stated the title really quickly Wooldridge. I request her to mean it and he or she did the largest sigh. That is undesirable inadequate client. If yet another individual calls me and informs me that I owe anything and that I don't owe. I'm seeking advice. I've settled each month that I owed
