I named the exact same organization, that people handled this past year & arranged a scheduled appointment. They delivered Motion ChemDry alternatively to complete the task. The solution determined this was a repair cleaning, billed me additional for dog stain removal in 5 areas (today I observe that their site has free place removal with any cleaning) & would not assure spot treatment. Solution doesn't transfer any furniture whatsoever, doesn't request aid shifting something except cables (?), didn't clear rug under dining area table or rug under LITTLE end-table. FYI I had been about the areas, remaining out-of places being washed & was open to help move issues. Several places don't seem clean, sides near baseboards filthy, or did the so-called molecule spray do much to clean. Observe that this solution charged me BEFORE work began, & definitely declined an individual check, which looking back was a poor choice on my component as neither my companion or I are pleased with job. Called organization back again to protest & needed to plan another app't to repair deficiencies in cleansing. Solution delivered & sprayed several places in region not washed (since did not go furniture)& stated the places in challenge were also used to wash effectively. Didn't provide discount guaranteed by booking agent, or might he decrease statement since I had been unsatisfied with quality of function. I came across last-year's bill from prior washing organization & in contrast was billed dual prior year's statement. Observe that this can be a little 2 bdrm home, with 2 outside cats, which we didn't have any floods, fireplace or smoking harm, big events, or any internal restoration work completed a year ago. I'd like work done to my fulfillment & decrease in cost for needing to plan recleaning.
